– I did some old-fashioned newspaper article researching and I could not find the last time Academy Park was ranked No. 7 in the Super 7, which goes back to the late-80s. So…. this could be the first time the Knights are considered the top team in the county.
–I thought about keeping O’Hara in there, but what’s the point? The odds are stacked against them in Week 3. I didn’t want them to be some sort of Super 7 lameduck.
–Debuts for Penncrest and Upper Darby. The seventh spot is debatable, but the Royals get my vote because they hung tough with Garnet Valley last week and also beat a solid Bonner team
